At Box of Gorgeous we hope that you are satisfied with your order, however, we know that sometimes you may need to make a return or exchange.
All online bra purchases are subject to the Box of Gorgeous First Time Fitting Promise. This means that if the item you have ordered doesn't fit you, it may be returned (unworn, tags attached and in the original packaging) and Box of Gorgeous will pay the carriage cost for the replacement size to be sent out to you.
All online returns must be received within 14 days of receiving your order. Before posting your item(s) please ensure that you have spoken to one of our Customer Service team members who will provide a unique returns number which should then be quoted in all correspondence going forward. Without this reference number we are unable to process refunds. All returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging, suitable for resale. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on any items where the packaging has been opened (this includes accessories, hosiery and gift sets). It is recommended that when returning items you receive proof of postage - we cannot take responsibility if this is not done.
